Proceed at a Booking

In order to proceed at a booking, you must complete our booking form with your preferred dates and data!
Once we have received your booking request, we will check the availability and will send to you a quote (offer for your trip)! In order to confirm your booking, the quote must be signed by the first named person on the booking and be sent back to us within 5 business days of our sending it out! The person that will sign must be at least 18 when the booking is made! In this period you will also have to proceed at all appropriate payments (see clause "Payment Procedure" below).
We confirm your holiday by issuing a confirmation invoice at your email address! And you are ready to travel with Blu!

Payment Procedure

In order to confirm your chosen travel arrangements, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid at the moment you will book the charter!
The rest of the money have to deposit using the following rule so that your reservation is valid!

Days to Departure     To be Paid
 60+  30% (Deposit)
 59-45  50%
 44-30  100% (Full Payment)

If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case we will be entitled to keep all deposits paid or due at that date!

Ways of Payment

Blu Sailing gives you the possibility of paying off your charter with the following alternative ways:
-  Bank Deposit
-  PayPal
-  Debit & Credit Cards (via the safe transaction environment of Viva Payments)


We reserve the right to change any given itinerary due to weather conditions or other circumstances of force majeure. Our experienced captain and skipper are responsible for the final decision. Safety aboard is our top priority!
